We're a small — literally Mom and Pop — shop, run out of our home as a retirement passion project. Every piece is made and shipped by the two of us, so please be patient with us!

- Shipping: We currently ship within the US only. Check our Shipping Policy (linked at the bottom of the page) for processing times and delivery estimates — most shipping questions are answered there.
- Custom & wholesale orders: We're not currently taking custom or wholesale orders.
- Partnerships: We appreciate the interest, but we're not seeking strategic, marketing, or affiliate partnerships of any kind. Emails of this nature will not receive a response.
- Response time: As a two-person operation, please allow 2–3 business days for a reply to any questions not covered above.
